transforming lives – choir still in demand
For the second year in a row the Choir of Hope and Inspiration was invited to perform at Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar on Sunday 6 June. This concert was part of the Service activities run by teacher Lyndy Stagg at the school. The Concert was also part of the Choir of Hope and Inspiration’s Share Our Stories progam funded by VicHealth.
The concert was very well received by the school and local community. Part of the program included a performance by Ivanhoe Girl’s Grammar School’s Concordia Choir. Members of the Concordia Choir traveled into Fed Square to rehearse with the Choir of Hope and Inspiration.
Some of the feedback received included:
I hope this comes across as I mean it, but I attended the performance at Ivanhoe girls on Sunday and I came away uplifted, humbled, and totally amazed at the sense of community the choir displayed. The love and commitment was beautiful to see and I feel ho
noured to have been given a glimpse. Thank you.
I am interested in watching the choir’s rehersals sometime. Are they on a Wednesday at the BMW center at Fed. Square? What time?
Thanks once again for a deeply moving experience yesterday.

It was such a great concert on Sunday. I thought the roof would lift off with the explosion of love that filled the Performing Arts Centre. It was soul nourishing for all concerned. Thank you.
Thanks to Lyndy Stagg and everyone at Ivanhoe Girls Grammar for this wonderful opportunity and for the funds raised from the concert.
